My name is Elisa, and I am the proud wife of Rev. Raymond Wood, and the lucky mother of three incredible children (sons) Keston, Elijah and Brandon. We currently make our home in Southport, NC area.
As for myself and this site, God is taking me on a journey, from being the product of a broken situation through my childhood and young adult life to learning of the abundant riches that He has for me as a wife, mother and (aspiring) woman of God.
Through this journey, I have begun to earnestly study the Word of God and what He wants from me and what He has in stow for me through His precious promise, becoming convinced that as Christians we have an obligation to honor our bodies!
In this journey I'm also learning to be my husband's help-meet, to submit to his leadership over our family, and to support him in whatever ways that I can (oh, I have so much to learn in this still!)
I am becoming more and more aware that our home should be center of our ministry, as we witness to those yet to know Christ, and as we show love and hospitality to those around us. Most of all, I am learning to cherish the role that God has given me as a woman, as a child of His, as a wife and mother, and as a keeper of my home.
Through my years of asking, knocking and seeking I have learned and God have revealed to me something to a peaceful and restful life. This revelation is not meant to be kept to myself but to be shared with all my sisters in christ! I am very honored, humbled and overwhelemed that God have choosen me to share and spread His Holy Word.
